The Lotus

"The Lotus" Fractional Farmland Ownership Project presents an 8.65-acre land parcel at Bhogganapura village, Chamarajnagar district, Karnataka. Located just 4.5 km from National Highway 766 and elevated 745 meters above sea level. The farm will be transformed for optimized agriculture with efficient irrigation, fertigation and nutrient delivery systems powered by solar pumps. A mini weather station will be installed to monitor micro-climate conditions, and a solar fence to secure the periphery. To further enhance the farmland, coconut trees will be planted in a grid pattern, with teak trees along the borders. The farmland will be leased out to a well established agricultural company to generate rental yield.
