By registering, accessing, or using the Farmland Bazaar v2 digital platform (including all associated websites, subdomains, and API services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our marketplace services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your explicit consent to the updated terms.

To access certain dashboard features of Farmland Bazaar, you must register for an account. By registering, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to transact real estate contracts under local jurisdictions.
• All registration credentials, contact details, and verification documents are accurate and complete.
• Sellers & Developers: You hold authentic license certifications, land ownership deeds, or signed power-of-attorney agreements authorizing you to market the designated plots.

Sellers are solely responsible for all information published on their listings. This includes boundary coordinates, zoning categories, water source availability, soil check metrics, and price expectations:

• Truthful Representation: Listings must not contain misleading data regarding encumbrances, pending disputes, or ownership titles.
• Verification Checkups: While Farmland Bazaar conducts basic document logs and RERA-compliance verification checks, we do not guarantee the structural authenticity or agricultural yield capacity of any listed parcel.
• Listing Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listings that violate local regulations or receive credible buyer complaints.

You agree to utilize Farmland Bazaar v2 only for lawful agricultural commerce. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Harvesting, scraping, or extracting user phone numbers or property boundary vectors using automated bots or scrapers.
• Creating fake accounts to manipulate price negotiations or bypass direct seller connect limits.
• Uploading files that contain viruses, malwares, or corrupt survey attachments.
• Interfering with the operation of dashboard API endpoints or messaging channels.

Farmland Bazaar v2 operates as a matching and transaction-enabler marketplace. We do not own, buy, sell, or lease the land listings displayed on the platform:

• "As-Is" Service: Our platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of merchantability, uptime reliability, or freedom from defects.
• Due Diligence: Buyers are strongly advised to perform independent physical inspections, legal encumbrance searches, and soil testing prior to executing land deeds.
• Limitation of Liability: Farmland Bazaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from failed negotiations, title disputes, or transaction breaches.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
